Microsoft has updated configuration analyzer for System Center R2.

The System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Analyzer is your first line of defense in troubleshooting issues with System Center 2012 R2 server-side components. The System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Analyzer is a diagnostic tool that you can use to evaluate important configuration settings for computers that are running any of the following System Center 2012 R2 components: Operations Manager, Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Service Manager, Orchestrator (plus Service Provider Foundation), Configuration Manager, Data Protection Manager (DPM) and App Controller.

Linux Integration Services Version 3.5 for #Hyper-V

Microsoft has recently released new version of Linux Integration Service (LIS) to provide compatibility for Linux guest OS under Hyper-V.

This version of LIS supports the following guest operating systems:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5.5-5.8, 6.0-6.3 x86/x64

CentOS 5.5-5.8, 6.0-6.3 x86 and x64

Note that in comparison to LIS 3.4, LIS 3.5 expands the list of supported distributions to include RHEL/CentOS 5.5-5.6.
